Could draw means speculation.

"As previously reported, Nokia and Microsoft are among nine companies that want to create a for-profit registry for mobile Web addresses. The as-yet unnamed business is the first time the world's largest handset maker and the PC software king have been willing to take prominent roles in the same venture, according to sources."

There are 'nine' companies (not 2 companies)in the joint venture. Nine companies joining means two companies Microsoft and Nokia getting closer???? Yes, it's Microsoft bait to hook Nokia until Nokia is of no use. By the way, Microsoft's entry into the mobile phone market up to date has been disappointing. And suddenly the reporter reports Microsoft is looking really good.

"Though Nokia has been aligning itself with tech leader IBM, it's likely that Microsoft will win in the corporate wireless market because of its dominance in the business computer market, according to Burden. "Nokia could be looking to Microsoft for a better enterprise offering," he said."

Microsoft will win in the corporate wireless market because of its 'dominance in the business market'???? Hey, that was the past! Now, it is Linux that is gaining dominance in the business market. And so Nokia's alliance with IBM makes a lot of sense.

Please stop spreading the Microsoft pom-pom propaganda.
