Vaporware?
Vaporware implies the product will never ship. Longhorn will ship.

If I know Microsoft's practices, this is what they call a "feature" driven release so therefore it has no set date when it will release. This is VERY common industry standard software development practice. Dev projects that are both feature and date driven typically fall short on either the features or the dates. Simple.
