Support for MS
The general tend in this forum is, if anyone says something that might, possibly, be viewed as being not-anti-Microsoft, they get a large number of knee-jerk responses about how much of a shill they are, etc.

It's actually quite an interesting study in emotive-reflexology. Could probably base a doctoral thesis in psychology on it.

Basically, it's "cool" to hate Microsoft and "uncool" to support them. Some people have subjectively good reasons to hate Microsoft, probably some are simply jealous that they didn't think of it first (who wants to be a multi-billionaire?), and others are just responding to the peer pressures and marketing that dictate most people's likes and dislikes in any human society.

I appologize for bringing a non-computer-technical message into the forum.

I am not now, nor have I ever been, an employee of Microsoft, its affiliates, any partially or wholey owned subsidiary of Microsoft nor any affiliate of Microsoft. I have not received any remuneration of any sort, monetary or otherwise, from Microsoft nor any affilate, subsidiary nor dependant company. The above stated opinions do not reflect the corporate policies of any company. No animals were harmed in the creation of this post, nor was animal testing used in it. happy
