mmmm... so you pay licencing for 3 years on the promise you'll be getting upgrades during that period and then you don't get them - you are happy with this?
Send me your address and I'll send you a licencing scheme over a 3 year period on the promise I release something to you.
Maybe you are new to computing. Ever heard of "Vapourware"? Its one of MS's best products - Google for it an explanation and we'll all pray you understand it.
