Microsoft to refine Vista's PC-rating tool

The TV upgrade notice is screwy and misleading.: I ran the tool on a full-blown media center pc and got the same message. But if you read the text under it, it says the tool doesn't even look for TV cards to evaluate them so it really can't tell if your pc is Vista capable in this area or not. Like I said, screwy.

Also ran the tool on a pc with integrated graphics and was told it was Aero capable, when everything I've read has clearly stated that such a setup wouldn't be.
