Ha! Boy are you ever dreaming....
This is a nail in Microsoft?s coffin about to the same degree that it represents a turn in Google?s fortunes. In other word?s; somewhat inconsequential to the big picture for either company. But don?t you worry, it won?t end here. The big new will be in years to come when Google unveils their own OS. That may in fact be the very first nail of what could turn out to be the beginning of a very very long and drawn out process of building a coffin for Microsoft. Even then it may still require them to agree to get into it after its built. So called coffins have been built for a few companies that refused to die.

Of course at that point Linux users will still be happy because they can give up crabbing about Microsoft because Google will have become the real problem and they will have someone new to crab at. In fact, I imagine there will be plenty to crap at. There will be Google search engines, email, online services, anti virus systems, antispyware systems, along with Google games, Google office applications, Google versions of most popular software, and Finally a Google OS.

There will be television shows produced by Google along with online content and streaming video based on or related to the Google TV shows. You will be able to get the Google versions of your favorite foreign or domestic automobile that will be tricked out with all the most modern high tech gear with GPS, DVD systems, and operated by a mini Google computer running the Google OS that can hook you wirelessly to the net so you can get to the worlds most popular website for people driving; ?Google on the Move?.

The home version of the Google computer run by the Google OS will be able to run your life for you at home much the way it runs your life when you are on the road with ?Google on the Move?, only it will be more appropriately be called ?Google Life? for the home version. Watching Google TV and playing Google games will be made easy. Connecting to all your appliances and lights, even to your kids, tracking both you and them by GPS through their ?Google Phones? so we never have to worry where our loved ones are at because we can just check with Google. They will know.

And when you are on the outside, free roaming you still will not have to worry as the community version of the Google OS, ?Google Society? will be integrated into all the malls and services you might encounter, helping you keep track of what you have done, what you may need to do and what you should do.

At night you can slip into your Google PJ?s and jump into your Google bed and rest your poor tiered Google head feeling reassured that finally you don?t have to worry about big bad Microsoft anymore. Somehow you always new all would be right with the world if Microsoft would just step aside. Now dream your sweet Google dreams and try not to wake up screaming.
