The reviews seem to be working.
Not sure if you noticed, but the security reviews seem to be working for Microsoft.

1) The lastest Outlook (2003) is not affected by the mailto DOS problem (MS04-009), only Outlook 2002/XP.

2) The lastest Windows Server (2003) is not affected by the Media Server problem (MS04-008), only Windows 2000 Server.

3) OK, the MSN Messenger flaw (MS04-010) is on the latest release, but even that one is just for the downloadable version, not the one that ships with Windows XP.

I would say that this March batch of fixes is not as bad as it sound if you're keeping your systems updated.
