So no open source, I would assume...
This technology still has a long way to go. There are no cameras yet that crank out MS's new format. I would assume the idea is to help Windows Vista help MS corner the digital photography market. That probably means that Firefox and opera browsers will be left in the cold. MS has their work cut out for them.
