ROFL! What does that tell you? MSFT has to stoop to referencing shade tree research by someone who admits to being a MSFT consultant. Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel. Why not just point to studies produced by your marketing and PR departments? I'm sure those would be even more friendly. If you're going to invent conclusions, don't stop at slightly better, invent some really good ones.

Next up from MSFT: Software Feng Shui. Increase your personal software power by arranging MSFT products in a certain order on your hard drive.

It's all very scientific.
