It seems like Sun is blaming ODF for the speed issues and Oasis is blaming Sun for the implementation of ODF (http://blogs.zdnet.com/Ou/?p=196). Mean while the customer is yawning and doesn't care who is fault it is, just that ODF and any implementation of it is crap. Yes it's true we don't know if it's Sun or ODF or a combination of the two that's slow, just that the end result is horrible.
