MS pay OEMs to install their products?
" RP and QT could pay the OEMs to install their products,
just like Microsoft does"

Please let me know which OEMs are paid to install
Microsoft's products? Microsoft's use of dicriminatory
pricing in OEM contracts was shown to be harming
consumers and was upheld on appeal. I'm sure the DoJ and
Judge Kolar-Kealty would love to hear that they are up to
their old tricks again.

Also, Real Media is not a "Windows" format, it is Real's
format. It is also available on more platforms that WMF.
