1- linux is NOT a company. linux is a kernel... no piece of software itself cna indemnify anyone. If it's such a big concern for you, then fnd a company who will. Of course i don't think ANY company right now sees any need to do so.
2- And just how safe are "Microsoft Linux" users anyhows? Since, MS is indemnifying their users with a Linux License.
