Right on the money here Bit. Clearly it is more cost-
effective to break the law and pay a pittance afterwords. It
has worked wonders for the bottom lines of the RIAA
(price fixing) and automobile manufacturers (leaving
unsafe cars unrepaired and facing lawsuits from deaths
rather than issuing a costly recall).
