It's not designed for AD at all
But we use AD and can't change that. We also can't change government security policies. So kind of stuck in between a rock and hard place.

The big problem is Microsoft said it could be done then 3 months on support with them they refunded our money and said it couldn't be done.

As for apps installing with system level. That does no good when the user with use privs can't run the app because it was installed with system privs. See the problem?

IPSEC policies also cause problem because they are required and we aren't allowed Port 135 access. It's in the policy. Sure I could just ignore the policy but then if I we get caugh we lose access to certain connection to confidential law enforcement data for criminal record checks, SOR, and such.

You do what you can though and if that means not using AD for deployments then so be it.
