Try some of these reg settings.
Try this and it should do the trick. OEM settings are 20,000 on all. Even with no entry. The ones that are at 5000 if you go lower will end the program too soon and give you a GPF. By the way, Mozilla products hang on me and I am looking for the equivilent for the user.js file. Also check the box in IE to browse in a seperate process. IE no longer is able to crash the machine or hang it.
