Major problem #1
Corp apps that require IE for viewing, the user agent switcher does not cut it when it has that active x or some other embedded junk in it.

The worst thing about Internet Explorer is the way it hangs the machine on a timeout between the webserver and the browser. In Firefox it will just time out with a error box, IE wants to lock up the whole machine.
