Here's why ...
Many linux users dual boot for one purpose, and one purpose only - gaming.

While things are improving, with projects like Cedega, and more companies making native linux versions of games, the reason MOST of those dual-booters do so is simply to play games. That's it, that's all, back to linux to get the work done.

Oh, and some web devs still need Windows for things like Photoshop/Macromedia's Flash studio, etc. But I have PS running just fine with CrossOver Office. Dreamweaver works fine on CXO too.
