Program Compiled
If I understand programming languages, the program is compiled after it is written and the source code is no longer available to anyone unless they hack it. If you could just use a program to make more source code easily, then everyone would be putting the Windows source code on the net and would be creating their own versions of Microsoft's programs. That is why open-source programs like Linux are so great. They allow anyone to see the source code.
