Will never happen...
This will never happen if I can help it. I cannot fathom ANYONE would look at open source for data storage. The mere thought pains me and makes me ill. I have had a queasy feeling in my stomach since I read this article. I needed to connect to my SQL Server 2000 console just to make sure it was still OK. In between cluster failovers, I was able to connect and watch all our .NET code running. I was able to tell we were running code because of the resource starvation and overall sluggishness of the server.
