Really?
Damn better go tell the SMB's that I have running SuSE they can't do that because they aren't productive without Microsoft! Not... there are plenty of applications that meet the needs for many of the SMB's out there, it's a matter of knowing where they are, what the customer really NEEDS[/b} and meeting those needs. Simple! I do it as do many others.

And for those odd ball SMB's that have Windows only software, well we take care of them too, but we also keep an eye out for Linux replacements and when they show, we do like good little admins are supposed to, we investigate and see if it can meet the NEEDS of the customer.
