Not suprising in the least. Microsoft does use shady tactics to gain foot holds. As far as "cloning amiga's trash can"...Who cares! it not as if it was specifically copy protected. these days just about every OS has the stupid little trash can(which i usually bypass completely in windows).
Did MS clone the desktop? probably. Is that the issue at hand? nope, not really. if it was the makers of Amiga suing MS, then this info would be relevant, but not now.
