Sounds like Symantec has a solid case
against Microsoft.

Applying for patents on purchased software isn't too bright. The doctrine of first sale kicks in and invalidates them.

Microsoft has real problems. They dumped most their most experienced and higher paid developers and then imported boatloads tons of cheap H1-B's..

M$ you get what what you pay for, and you screwed up, it's now just a matter of time.

Now for some REAL EVIL act's my Bill..

Bill recently lobbied(greased) congress into killing what's left of the US tech industry. The Senate's Immigration bill (S. 2611) is Billy's wet and wild dream. It increases the importation of H1-B's from 130K/yr to >230K/yr(fy 2007). What's left of the cap will increase by 20k a year, until they run out of demand for H1-B's !!!!

Bill & Microsoft management have screwed over the company and now he's trying to screw over the remaining US tech workers.. That's evil..

To fellow US techies.. Call your congress persons. Stop the senate's (S. 2611) techie train wreck, or suffer the consequences knowing that you kept your silence.
