Indeed, but I'm attacking the *way* its enforced, The basic copyright is still entact.

Just the 'vigilante' clause, the 'show no evidence' clause etc. should be removed.

Also the preamble says that its only intended to be used for commercial scale piracy, but the draft
doesn't match the preamble, it mostly has no limits. (I guess they were hoping nobody would bother to read it).
