Judge KK made the right call on this one.
The discloser was part of the original agreement, Microsoft has not met the terms of that agreement. They brought this one on themselves.

Yeah, I've heard and even participated in debates over did they give enough information or not but... If I was in Steve B's shoes I would have thanked my lucky starts the agreement had no real setbacks (IE is still part of Windows) and would have MADE CERTAIN the small things the court wanted were done way AHEAD of the deadline.

Thumbing your nose at the judge (or dragging your feet) is always a losing proposition.

You know sitting here thinking about it, Microsoft has just opened the door to lots more scrutiny with what Vista does when they could have been home free. Dumb move from what I can see...
