Get the facts right!
Get the facts right! We're talking about an operating system for a single machine, not one for the whole Internet.

The collorary being that operating system bits that work the local machine belong to the operating system. Those that work at a distance, via the Net etc., are logically something else again.

Unfortunately, M$ has done it again. It's FUD factor has convinced the world that these two logically different software operations are one and the same thing when they are not.

Well, fortunately, the EC has seen through this nonsense (as many of us have).
