What concession?
Microsoft set up IE to use the user's default search engine when upgrading and allows users who get a new Vista PC to select their search engine of choice when configuring their browser. This has always been the case (I am using the IE7 beta now.)

What was conceded by Microsoft? What did they change? Tell me one thing they made a "concession" on.

OEMs? They are free to do what they want right now with browsers, media players, etc. Nothing has changed.

Get out from under your ABM cloud DB, it is wearing thin.
