okay maybe not breeze but something!
Okay.. I searched on Macromedia Breeze and it looks like something else so maybe it wasn't called Breeze. But I know they presented a product like this to us over to years ago... it would run offline and download when connected. I think they showed us some demo apps like weather and movies.
