EULA's the problem... or is it?
Any software distributor who finds their product on my computer is in for an extremely rude awakening... i am the sole & soveriegn owner. lock, stock and barrel & i will do what i see fit to anything on my computer.

Possesion is 10/10th's of the law.

it would be no different if someone were to walk in my house and put their food in my refrigerator... it ceases to be theirs and becomes mine. how would you like it if everytime you opened your fridge & subsequently took a bite that an ad would pop up based on your eating habits?

no different. it may state that "clicking yes" or installing the ware on your computer is implicit agreement to a EULA, but all EULA's are voided by mere possession of the software, no matter how cleverly worded.

as far as "licensing" goes... tell Micro$oft that when i went to the store and picked up my copy of their ware that i did not buy a "license". i bought the ware, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

make no mistake, if it's in my possession, i am not borrowing it, especially if i spent money on it. I OWN IT AND I'LL DO AS PLEASE WITH MY PROPERTY. any transaction to this effect is implicit and explicit in that it voids any & all EULA's.

you don't have to like it, but then, i didn't give you permission to have any thoughts or feelings on the matter.
