Frankly, I don't care...
If 'legitimate' business gets caught up in the laws.

First of all, I do NOT want to be bothered by these people AT ALL, so there is no legitimate use in my opinion, unless I SPECIFICALLY opt-in to a companies mailings.

Period.

The Advertisement profession seems to have taken the attitude they they have the right to intrude on poeple's lives in any way, shape or form they feel they want by way of freedom of speach.
