spyware and adware is a trojan
any program which loads onto a PC without that person knowing and specifically allowing it to be "installed" on said machine is a trojan.

The specified program then executes code which was not explicitly given permissions to run from the owner.


Spyware and adware should be delt with as a serious problem.
