Defame: And just how did SCO defame (at this time) Linux. SCO owns either part of or all of Unix. SCO has said that Unix code they own is in Linux. If this is true then SCO didn't defame Linux. If it is false then SCO loses the case. From what I have read in other articles there is Unix code in Linux. Now the question is, who owns it. The courts will have to decide it. SCO has told the truth about the code. They say they own it, others say they don't, again the courts will have the final say. No matter which way it goes, Linux was not defamed. This is a copyright case, plain and simple.
