Negatives are impossible to "prove" by logic or reason. That's why people in court are required to prove their allegations. That's why prosecutors have to prove their case against the defendant. They have to prove the defendant "did" it; the defendant doesn't have to prove he/she "didn't".

You can make any kind of wild claim you want against Microsoft; as long as you then expect others to "disprove" those claims, you can't lose. How could anyone "prove" the negative to you?
