One has to wonder
Were there particular complications in suing Bank of America that didn't exist with DaimlerChrysler? Or did they stop persuing litigation against DaimlerChrysler because they caved in and paid SCO the fees they demanded under a non-disclosure agreement? And if so, can this leak be construed as a breach of that NDA?
