The lawyers are really expensive.In fact what RIAA is counting on is the lowering of the population age whereby the majority can no longer gain any apparel to their presence.
This is another story altogether.If you can imagine them running full throttle pin ball lawyer on one of these windows machines. How easy it is to take advantage of people within the 'cracks in these laws. And line out who when how where you want your battle field to be - it can be seen easily how they win all battles.
Royalty in copyright doesn't go that far. For now it is a desire to create a new underclass. This may be the number 1 mans desire at the present.
