Clueless
The copyright agenda must abide by lawful rules of law.All the dubbing in this article is 'pitch point to again tell somebody somewhere else wich direction to take.

The statement of sharman, depriving oppurtunities within the country is just a single indication this person is breathing for someone elses attention.

The details of searching a computer is inserted in order to point to creating 'submission ,submission to the fact that we have a constitutional protection of personal papers and documents.

The federal government is so weak in this area that it believes it will pass a patriot act wich give no person to pertinent contents of information. And RIAA believes it will ride the tail feathers of blacking another eye with the one individuals and consumers already have.

The pivot point to most of these scenarios come with a contrast of the 'digital flag in the U.S.Without procesing power a device is 'non-volatile. With a processing program available anyinstruction can be given to its place of it.Devices wich where considered 'aboriginal to consumers who bought them, must be forced to weigh in on the 'contractual lifestyle business will include to themselves. Leaving all their usury, vacancy and person with themselves without your person.

It is inconsitent to believe a hardrive contents is 'all business. The 'black hole here is the deviation of business law,and consumer/privacy rights. Where by using business arrangement via an easily pacif machine mechanism the choice of person in any given pretense is made solely of a proprietor - who is actually a saleman dealing a solicitation without your knowledge.

I dont do anything with Sharman,or Kazaa, and I dont believe that copyright law was written for them. Nor do I believe that technology for security of a copyright is concluded to be one and the same of the authors copyright is meant to protect. But is something of a toy for harrasment to new endeavors being forced upon us via guise of flawed business law,and flawed criminal law. They are not concerned about copyrights, they are concerned about 'distribution, and the 'distribution of copyrights they hold.

There is a real point in avoiding being submissive wether it be author, consumer, and any other person in dealing with what amounts to be a portrayal of patronage turned prison camp.

If Kazza wins one,I hope they win big.Allowing small things to remain small.

RIAA has a structure with a history.It doesn't have to continue.Being history.

Even public statements such as that contemplating spying through monitor is evidence of their criminal intentions. The structure of their rhetoric is flawed like the product it is supposed to be professing as 'authored. Since in fact it is in many curcumstances 'authors that cannot take to the technology for what the technology means in and of itself. Same as copyright law is in and of itself, without any of RIAAs member mentioned by person.

Copyright law does not mention any 'labels name.It is not part of the law.Their intention is that of 'distribution,or continuing distribution. But the falicy is they give nobody receipt or actually no kind of commerce via patronage or fact of warranted good.

-just talking.
