How do you know the evidence is incriminating?
Have you suddenly become a judge, and one that is presiding over this case? Oh, that's right, you have NO IDEA about what is going on with this case. It is too laughable that when you want a case to go a certain way you automatically think you know all the "facts", and yet when you don't want a certain company to lose (Microsoft) you always say, "let's wait for the judge's decision, shall we?"
I'm utterly amazed that you haven't dropped dead over your overwhelming contradictions.

"Very telling indeed!!!"

You mean the way that SCO is withholding evidence is telling? And yet you always say, "let's wait and see, there is probably something here!"

..hypocritical twitical..
