...Get this stuff into court

The Kazaa's and other technology suppliers as well as the bandwidth suppliers need to get these cases into court ASAP. The RIAA FUDs and FUDs the consumers with their threats of economic ruin based on unattainable statutory fines and overdone attorney's fees that are orders of magnitude greater than even the RIAA high price for the material in question. This is some kind of law violation between extortion and abuse of process and, once the totality of the evidence is in court, everyone will see and the RIAA will be shut down.

Meanwhile, they settle and settle because the little people are the only ones frightened by the threat of a ten thousand dollar judgement. The bandwith and tech suppliers with their millions need to stand up and set the conditions for their customers use. The faster we send these middle men packing and reform the value systems for music and motion pictures, the faster we can have some real progress in personal information delivery.
