The head of some software company (Blochead) or something is suggesting we consumers buy into a Rent software scheme. It didn't work for MS more people are using Windows 98se and not XP because of the actification feasco. The software is very good (XP) but the terms that come with it are not Good software will sell if it truly is good. MS takes a lot of hits because it has so much software out there. When Linux becomes user friendly it will outsell MS easily. I suspect it will shortly as long as Linux people don't get greedy and jack the price up so the aberage person can't afford it, like XP did.
