It is a stupid waste of taxpayer money to give grants for anything.

If someone wants it they should pay for it themselves.

Don't forget there are opposites. For example, we have Pro-gress and then we have Con-gress.

Those that go into government in the USA do it becuase they are not smart enough to run a business on thier own, they are petty and jealous and want to screw it up for those who can do.
