This Is Not Good
For now, lawmakers should not try to accomadate a standard of privacy for wich one does not exist. If it was a 'privacy standard could be affixed - this would be good. For now however the relationship of those that create 'anti-spyware,and those that produce spyware is typically one of with the user must decide if it is admissable. Sure they can give a shot at it if they like. However the very detail they give may not suffice in any given relationship to the person at the computer. If you pass a bill saying this or that is spyware - then you have congress deciding what is a program, and what is not a program. True having 'full disclosure is a good thing, but it remains as one of those items in wich once you tell them it is 'alright, those liscence agreements are going to be spelling more than can be had for the 'person of themselves.

As well you will have a set of softwares on one side of the room 'being said as legitimate advertising, and another set story information about 'legitimate spyware - and trapping the person who makes that choice into some kind of 'who knows best about the software. Wich they never couldnt have figured for themselves anyway without somekind of expertise.

The easy way is to convolescent a specific detail of wich is considered spyware by looking at the 'results of using these software add-ins. But I wouldn't want to make it any easier for companies doing so to more easily indemify themselves by ignoring privacy, and person in the functionality of the computer.

Sure a few lawmakers think its spyware, most users think its spyware. Some programmers 'know its spyware. That being said 'full dislosure doesn't say much especially when the 'purpose of an unknown program isn't known.

But I would give these software agreements anymore than they already have in the way of ignoring us as persons.

Not going to get a lot of leeway with the patriot act creating everybody a 'terrorist.Or an australian trail man giving all the light and none of the reason.

Advertising cant get all that much better than pepsi, burgers and fries anyway. What kind of grease you choose should be your own business though.

Why wait for someone to take american 'illegal search and seizure to court on their hardrive - because legal opinion doesn't have a chance ? Or because legal law cant tell the difference.? Perhaps it because nobody can find 'person in and of themselves, and this article just goes to show how much of a pickle things can be with software.

-just talking.
