Sorry to tell you that.

The whole problem is the public at large. If they want a digital camera, they will click on any popup that shows it's self if it has a good deal on one.

Until the public realizes that SPAM and spyware are both public enemy number one, the problem won't go away or get any better.

Congress can't stop it, neither can anti-spyware/spam companies. It HAS to be up to the end user.

You take away their money, you take away their motivation. You take away their motivation, they go away and cook up some other angle...
