SCO is forcing Linux users to be illegal if we don't want to use their code
"'Cause we all know 2 days after they showed the code, the Linux camp would finish their move and replace any components in question."

D*** right they would. They don't agree to SCO's terms! SCO has NO RIGHT to refuse to prevent them from taking the code out.

THERE IS NO REASON WHATSOEVER WHY LINUX USERS SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO REMOVE THE CODE IN QUESTION FROM THEIR LINUX DISTRIBUTION! NO REASON WHATSOEVER!

Suing is NOT a right they should have! Linux users agree: We do NOT want to violate copyright laws, and we do NOT want SCO's code in Linux!

SCO is, in effect, FORCING Linux users to violate the law if they don't want to use SCO's code, simply because we can't remove it!
