Pure Strategy from SCO
Whether you belong to the MS camp or Linux camp, we all know that the minute SCO reveals the code, they loss their ability to sue in the future (whether there's any legitimacy to the claims at all).

'Cause we all know 2 days after they showed the code, the Linux camp would finish their move and replace any components in question.

SCO is just delaying as much as possible so they can drag more companies into the court.
