of the germany situation where the sco website is down and they settlled a case making them refrain from claiming IP in Linux, sending threatning letters to endusers etc etc.

Come on zdnet maybe you should just try to maintain some degree of journalistic professionalism. Tell the whole story and not just soundbites that make SCO look a little less bad.
