What Congress Should Mandate
Is a law tailored to referencing 'performance in consumer goods with related copyright security. The present DRM is flawed - in that it does not recognize the person,or properties within the technology considering that person, and relationship to purchased copyrighted digital musical works.

What it amounts to is frauding consumers out of their goods via describing the goods through digitally security as having no requirements to perform as stated. That is files wich are 'good and sold will be manatory to perform as 'advertised. The security cannot be a fallguy for non-performance when the persons purchase and use is within liscenced parameters.

DRM is flawed because within digital files a computer change in hardware configuration,or a 'transfer to another different computer invokes a 'violation wich then disables playback of a consumers digitally copyrighted files.

The consumer expects that purchased goods will perform when they are within copyright law and liscence parameters. The consumer is a person, and should seek reprimanding damages when the DRM security representing itself as such prevents this person from utilizing purchased goods.

The technology is flawed as well that uses DRM in that when it has not had proper experimation involvement of the performance to end result consumer - wich 'pays for these items.

DRM technologies can be held responsible as well as proprietors for non-performing as open -market products.

Technologies wich include 'secure digital files, wich conclude 'moving (same as the physical object),and playback (same as the physical object of 'player,as to software player) considering the configuration changes wich computers will do should be the first consideration of a technologically 'digital product.

A file does not violate copyright law when it does 'move in complete and whole. A playback machine does not violate copyright law when configuration changes are made to a computer wich holds a software playback device.

Databasing via a 'back end computer is also flawed at the first because not only does this violate the persons privacy, but within technology it has already shown that this is not a consideration to the person of purchase of open-market digital files of music, movies and other items.

No law or business agreement has custodial rights on the basis of copyright laws. The consumer is a person to the effect of copyright, and is and should be pertained as person to the effect they purchase - not as inclusly misdirected to the 'right in lew of law. The effect of purchase is a practice business term, and those doing so denying that person of there asset and effect of purchase can be held responsible.

A judge can take this into consideration if neccesary wether this is a fraud.Because consumer are being denied the rights to their purchased effects based on portrayal of another 'responsible party of the drm itself - wich IS a part of the proprietor only and will not be considered under copyright law .

You will be held responsible. When the product takes the consumers asset and returns nothing following the gaining of a consumers monies used for purchase.

Somebody can consider this in consumer law.It will not be considered in contractual reference. So it is of expediency that the technologies using copyrighted digital files fire up the labs and get it to test. Because most parties in this reference cannot relie on a security specification in performance of a copyright when its effect is stolen from the consumer.

- pissed off.
