target will be SCO licensee
Yes folks SCO will target the lawsuit at someone who already has a license from SCO. It will not be EV1, but rather still someone who has an SCO source license.

Still this gives one thought before signing any license with SCO. SCO the like their enemies close and their "friends" even closer.

EV1 this is the value of a license from SCO.
