Avant Browser has...
... a number of mouse gestures available. You'll also find a number of other features, too many for my taste, but worth reading.

There's a program called Mouse Gestures, but it's open source using java, so I don't have much hope for it.

If you go into advanced search on softpedia.com and ask for freeware mouse gestures in the description you will receive 641 hits. Some of those do not appear to be very relevant, or they may not be what you're looking for. You probably won't find more than 20 that do exactly what you want, and some will probably work better than others.

That's why arecommendations are a major time saver.

Anyway, doesn't take too much looking.
