"criminal organization". I know you try to sound smart...

But where in his breif or ruling did he use those words in describing Microsoft?. I read the whole thing front to back, and didn't see that mentioned? Did I miss it?

Or is this one of those subtle little word games insinuating that these words were actually uttered by the judge in hopes of fooling the unsuspecting in thinking along the same lines you do?
