I don't know

I guess I have seen some slight flashes of reason in some of his past posts, and so I keep hoping that some intelligent (I hope) discourse might at least mitigate his seemingly irrational hatred of Microsoft (interesting theory you have there, by the way; in a similar vein, one might suspect Mike Cox of being a Linux/OSS shill). Normally I don't respond to Bobby, but every once in a while he says something that just sets me off (like the "no punishment" remark). While Bobby seems to be one of the most extreme, there are plenty here who (based on their comments) seem to feel the same way, even if they don't come right out and post it.

I never really mean to go into such depth with him, but I tend to write these posts "stream-of-consciousness" (as you can probably tell by the disjointedness), and once I get started I don't know when to stop. After this, I'll probably resolve not to let myself be dragged in again, but I don't know how long it will last. I'll do my best.
