"No punishment"?
Just because Microsoft didn't get the punishment you thought it should get, doesn't mean it wasn't punished. Don't confuse the legal system with your own sense of moral outrage.

There is a world of difference between the Microsoft case and the Oracle case. In the Microsoft case, the monopoly was acquired legitimately and maintained illegally (according to the government). In the Oracle case, the DOJ is concerned about a monopoly through acquisition. If you can't see the difference, maybe you should spend less time railing against Microsoft and more time studying.
